Hubble's Star is a star system in Vega Sector. As of April 2654, it was controlled by the Terran Confederation. The system has at least one inhabited planet, Hubble's Star IV, which had a Confederation colony located on it.
Around 2654.282, the Empire of Kilrah launched an attack on the system and the Confederation colony it contained. The Confederation dispatched the TCS Tiger's Claw to the system to aid in its defense. Some of the missions performed by the Claw while it was in the system included:
- Several patrols of the system. One of which encountered a Ralari-class Destroyer and a pair of Dorkir-class Supply Ships on 2654.282.
- The escort of several Drayman-class Tankers, which were bringing much needed fuel to the Tiger's Claw on 2654.283.
- The defense of the planet Hubble's Star IV.
- The investigation and later defense from a group of kilrathi fighters who jumped into the system near the Claw on 2654.284.
