The KIS Ras Nik'hra was a Fralthi-class Cruiser commanded by Ralgha nar Hhallas during numerous engagements in the Vega Sector during the Terran-Kilrathi War prior to his defection to the Terran Confederation. During one such engagement, the Ras Nik'hra was responsible for destroying the TCS Leningrad, a Waterloo-class Cruiser.
The Ras Nik'hra was also the first Fralthi that the Confederation managed to get a hold of.
