Dave Quinson was the Vice President of the Terran Confederation under President Harold Rodham. He never supported the 2668 Armistice. A stronger personality than Rodham, he had always been better at rallying the people.
Quinson took on the role of President when Rodham resigned over the false armistice. He ordered the military to mobilize for immediate defensive action.
