I realise the Physical Description and Personality sections were probably derived from point-form notes, but they should probably be re-written, rephrased to a more neutral tone. Especially if this is indeed supposed to be written from an in-universe historian's perspective - it would be unfair to be remembered in such a negative light. Someone like O'Brian is present in a novel as an antagonist to further dramatic tension, not to be written about poorly. - Wedge
