Superbases are some of the largest [[Terran Confederation|Confederation]] installations outside of the Confederation Headquarters and the large shipyard facilities found in [[Sol]]. They are able to support several task groups simultaneously as well as having their own large fighter contingent.

Superbases are only found in secure Confederation space, often near the core worlds.
