Task Force 23 was a Confederation task force used to strike at the Kilrathi in the Facin Sector shortly after the declaration of war in 2634. Its deployment occurred before the McAuliffe Ambush when the Confederation believed the use of force would keep the Kilrathi from any more aggressive actions against its holdings.
