Electronic Arts has announced that it has sold 100 million copies of the Sims worldwide since its launch in 2000. The version from EA Mobile is also a hit on hand-held devices, with 9 million downloads so far on that platform alone. That's a lot of simoleons. The company recently announced a new focus on games for cellphones and other handsets, and it's easy to see why. Several classic board/puzzle games are available for download today.
