Unused FM Towns Tracks for Wing Commander 1

So I was listening to a compilation of the FM Town version of the WC1 Soundtrack on YouTube and there were four tracks in particular that caught my eye:

Extra Long Victory -
Dull Patrol -
Eject [Lost in Space] -
Good Damage Assessment -

All four are listed as "unused" - any idea what situations these might have come up with in particular? Eject Lost in space seems to be for an unused "you were captured ejecting" condition and Good Damage Assessment looks like it was for after you landed if you took no damage at all.

Were there equivalents of these tracks for the US versions of the game as well?
 
Yes, these are all present in the original game as MIDI files.. they just aren't ever played. They're mostly variations on other pieces that got used in their place. When they did the FM Towns port, they played each of the MIDIs on an MT-32 and recorded it... and since they were in the PC version, they were included in that recording session!
