Hey Guys,

Was anyone able to see the total lunar eclipse a few days ago? Here are some pics I took that night. Don’t ask me if I was able to show up for work on time the next day.

Eclipsed Moon turns red

Eclipsed Moon to the left, Mars to the right, and Spica below the Moon.

Eclipsed Moon and Spica, the brightest star in the Virgo constellation.

Unfortunately, it is always cloudy here during major astronomical events. and that night was no exception.

Last year there was a major meteor shower my wife and I were looking forward too. It was clear all day and at 11:00, but when we came out at 2:00 to take a look it was quite foggy.

I took some pics through a telescope with my camera phone, but only the ones before the eclipse came out clear.
