Well I say a cap ship but add more things to it once you get the oportunity like a bridge type thing or whatever.

id say its looks like a fast carrier to me and i would place a hanger in between the double hull similar to the intrepid from wc4

I agree. I'd say make it a quick strike carrier--light and fast enough to outrun standard capships, carrying maybe fifty or so fighters.

Kinda reminds me of the Concordia from WC2 with them twin prows sticking out the front.

If you could possibly make it a bit wider you could easily fit a hanger bay between the prows. Or perhaps make it something like the Midway, with each prow being a lanch tube and a single landing bay at the rear.:)

Hey I'm a 2nd looie now.

well, is mi first model, I was thinking that the TSC Matazon was a light carrier, but that's why I asked fort your opinion, 'cause i'm not sure if it will fit in as a light carrier

Heavy corvette/antiship destroyer: the raised section is the brige (similar in size/shape to that of the newer Kilrathi Corvettes, the stubs to either side of that would be quad turrets or some such, the twin booms are either torp launchers 2*quad tubes for salvo launches or just 8 seperate) or 2 axis-mounted AMGs (NOT turrets). Space under the bridge can be used as a torp bay (dropdown rotary?) or space for a couple CSMs.

Antifighter: quad lasers or dual tachyons on the stubs (or use them as advanced targeting systems...), singles or lasers scattered over the rest except for the prow, those twin booms are *big* VLS systems housing perhaps 100-200 missiles each and firing them at a scary rate.

Carrier (doesnt look like it has enough hangar space for a full flight wing unless you make it Vesuvii-size, making a strike/escort instead): not that much internal space, things are going to be CRAMPED... central bay is small, and there are tractor beams mounted around the booms (all sides, base and tip) to facilitate landing and possibly inhibit impact of undesirable projectiles. Laser, mass driver, and/or Stormfire turrets in similar placing on the midesctions of the booms (suiciding is a BAD idea here...). Fighters are stored in and launched from individual drop-bays in the booms or from small catapults in the blocks to the side of the booms (drop bays preferred because the ships can actually be STORED there and launched on short notice with little hassle).

Battlecruiser/Star Destroyer/Ship o' Doom
this could get really fun and/or really obscenely powerful... forgive me.
-Twin booms. Macross. Need I say more? (happy to explain if I do)
-PTC in each of the booms, "shotgun" array of AMGs in the center recess... yeah. Right.
-for real now... the stubs are missile turrets, 12 tubes in each (actually 2 sets of 6), reloaded automatically. Multiple CSM launchers in the center section, 3 AMG/Plasma in each of the boom ends, boom is covered in a gauntlet of antifighter turrets, secondary phase shield generators located somewhere that is really annoying to get at... sounds fairly reasonable. Perhaps a half dozen fixed AMGs mouned down each side, enabling this ship to punch through enemy capship formations and deliver broadsides... engines look huge so whatever powers this thing must be putting out a *lot* of juice.

Seems like an awful big ship to waste as a heavy destroyer or anti capship vessel.

I think you should give it some carrier capabilities. It doesn't have to be Vesuvius size in order to carry fighters. Something like a cross between a Hades class and Plunkett class. Heavy strike carrier or something of that nature.

The booms are the launch bays and the hanger is in the center of the ship with enough space for 40-50 fighters. Or have a single launch bay in the center between the booms and the booms can be CSM launchers. The booms have stratigically place CIWS for anti fighter and torpedo attacks from the front. Also place turreted heavy plamsa cannons top and bottom of each boom for slugging matches with other capships. The bridge is located in the raised section at the rear with a couple of CIWS turrets place on it or on either side of it or both. The raised section in the center could be an area for VLS missiles or hollow it out as hanger and storage space for ordanance. Or place a VLS system directly amid ship between the bridge and raised center section. The two stubs at the side have laser and tachyon turrets for fighter defense. Also mount a couple of IR missile racks at the rear on either side of the bridge. It also might be feasible to place turreted heavy plasma cannons top and bottom of the engine sections for protecting the engines from say corvette class vessels that might be able to manuver into a position to launch torps at the engines. Then stratigically scatter other weapons systems about to offer maximum protection.

I'm Deciding to make it a Carrier , a Tarawa size Light Carrier, But Pleace help me find some one how can texture it, I don't have any Idea how to do so :P

Okay.. stupid question..

Do you have to do anything special to post pics on this board?

I like the general design, BTW.
