The radar dosen't show anything, Is it because my radar is not expensive enough???

it only shows the green grid, but no dots appear in it

That's odd... Did you go to the dealership garage, and checked if it needs repair?
Did it stop working during a big fight, or after hitting something?

If I were you, I'd save the savegame somewhere, and re-install. But maybe someone else some better idea.

It eventually started working again for me...

Probably because I had a repair system. If you have the money, you could re-buy the radar.

I had the same problem: No radar at all.
Updating my graphics driver solved it!
