problem starting

I´m trying to play Privateer remake 1.0 in my notebook (Via C3 1.0ghz, 256mb, shared video memory) and every time i try to start the game it reboots my computer...

I tried setting all the options to the lowest possible and modified my video memory to 65MB (it is shared with the main RAM) but it simply don´t work...

Your problem sounds like a problem with the graphics card / chip.

The specs don't list what graphics chip is used:

Graphics & Monitor
14" XGA+ (1024x768)

I'm guessing its an integrated VIA solution, probably a UniChromePro.

If that's the case, I would *strongly* recommend getting the latest drivers. However, even that might not do the trick, as I'm not sure how complete VIA's OpenGL ICD is.
