No mouse on bases

For some reason on 1.0pre4 the mouse works great for flying the ship but once I land the mouse is there, I just can't see it. I can see the different links cycle by in the lower left corner as I move the mouse, but there is no pointer. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for the help.
 
use this

use in vegastrike.conf end vegastrike.conf.temp

searsh fancy mouse hardware

use true in fancy mouse


use false in normal mouse
 
No one ever seems to want tor eport back on this one. Luckily(?), my RA's brother's friend had this problem and I passed along word about the assumed fix. I know where he lives, so I'll find out if it worked one way or another :D
 
What video card did he have...we never seem to get that information from these people... it's probably one of those nasty builtin cards so the people using them have no clue what sort of video card they have...
I hate intel video decelerators
 
Mouse Hardware Change Works

Hey. I changed both the statements to true and the mouse is now working in the bases...
