Since it is mostly discussed about making a proper remake for Privateer, I am very pleased with the modifications in version 1.0 (I started with 0.9). IMHO modern computers are more enhanced and these small adjustments (military specs weaponary/ships), an own fleet, more ships are a good thing.

So my question is: How can I have a Version of the Remake, that includes all those features that were done (flying stilettos and so on). I would like to have the chance to test all those feats and disable them if I want it (or just ignore them)?

Btw: Are the pretty cool mp3 and ogm files from one of the forum-threads already included in the version 1.0?

No; the files in that thread were only posted a day or two ago, well after the 1.0 release.

I've only been to the Vega quadrant, so far. One problem autoctonous to Vega is the jump-points are tiny. Already the jump-points in Gemini seem a lot smaller than in the original, which causes several problems: It's hard to see them when you need to escape from a fight; makes it impossible to have synchronized jumping when you're escorting or have wingmen; and causes more frequent jump-point collisions. The tiny jump-points in Vega are virtually impossible to manually maneuver into, only Auto can properly align you with it.
Also, any reason why all faction relations are reset to zero?
(Or why my 4 steltek guns were powered-down? ;-)

EDIT: One other thing; this may just be a bug report. I used to have a tachion rear turret, which is now gone in the WCU patch; and I can't seem to be able to buy any back turret at all anywhere; --they always show red. And it's definitely not a money problem.. ;-) ... I also do have a cubic meter of space for it.
