Academy for a dollar

Fine fine LOL the "JUMP" drive, I personally prefered the Pilgrim "Hopper" drive, after reading how it was supposed to work (in theory)

That was no hotdogging, Loaf. Finishing the Gauntlets is the move of a true master!!!</lame>

The reference was actually to the gauntlet 'end screen' itself:

I kicked more ass when flying a Epee then when flying a rapier 2.

That doesnt mean its a better fighter, that means your a good Pilot and you've found a ship that suits you, I myself have killed Heavy Kilrathi fighters with little more then an Arrow, that doesnt mean the Arrow is better then a Hellcat (even though it is in my book!)

I think the best ship is the ferret. I once took out three transports and their escort of six level 3 jalkehi pilots while flying a ferret in academy. You dont need missiles or heavy shields to win. all you need is a fighter you can handle. I would never have taken out six jalkehis in a broadsword, But because of the ferrets agility, it was no problem

I hope that post made sense. :)
