There are some smaller missions out there and other types of mods (HW2's Fleet Commander for example). The only other major mod is Unknown Enemy ( http://unknownenemy.solsector.net/ ) that comes to mind.

They are really fun games. AirLand Battle actually has a co-op campaign that I really want to try. Definitely worth a measly $12.50 Eugen just released their new RTS "Act of Aggression" the other day. I haven't picked it up yet but plan to soon.
